KIA Lucky Motors has revised prices once again and this time company has introduced its Picanto to the most selling car Civic. The huge increase in KIA prices is no more affordable. The company has a reason for the price hike and it’s the same as previous. The devaluation of Pakistan’s currency against the dollar increases the cost of manufacturing. In the past when KIA has introduce the most reliable SUV KIA Sportage we discussed the brand as the most affordable SUV manufacturing company. But it seems like it’s now compared with Toyota and Honda.

KIA Cars New Prices
The government has recently imposed a Capital Value Tax (CVT) which is included in the new prices of KIA cars. It’s pertinent to mention here that the customers who have already paid the full amount will not consider the new prices.

KIA Sportage
KIA Sportage is the most famous SUV in Pakistan and the new prices are as follow:
- KIA Sportage Alpha’s price jumped by Rs 897,000 the new price is Rs 6,25,000 and the old price was Rs 5,353,000.
- KIA Sportage Front-Wheel Drive’s old price was Rs 5,858,000 and now after the increase of Rs 897,000 the price jumped to Rs 6,750,000.
- The top variant KIA Sportage AWD now costs you Rs 7,250,000 compared to the old price of Rs 6,363,000. The price increased by Rs 887,000.

KIA Stonic
KIA offers two variants of Stonic and this recently launched vehicle has also received a new price.
- KIA Stonic EX’s new Price is Rs 4,545,000 and the old price was Rs 4,469,000.
- The second variant got a price hike of Rs 76,000 and the new price is Rs 4,848,000.

KIA Sorento
KIA Sorento is offered in three variants and the new prices of this car are as follows:
- KIA Sorento 2.4Liter FWD now costs you Rs 7,800,000 and an Increase in the old price of Rs 895,000.
- The second variant Sorento 2.4Liter AWD price increased by Rs 926,000 and took it to Rs 8,500,000.
- The third variant’s Sorento 3.4Liter FWD current price is Rs 8,500,000. The change of Rs 926,000 from the old price of Rs 7,573,000.

KIA Carnival
This vehicle received a huge price hike of Rs 1,100,000 in the old price and now Carnival GLS PP is available for Rs 12, 599,000.

KIA Picanto
Picanto is no more an affordable car because the price of both variants jumped by Rs 500,000.
- KIA Picanto manual variants now cost you Rs 3,100,000 compared to the old price of Rs, 2,600,000.
- KIA Picanto automatic transmission’s old price was Rs 2,700,000 and now the current price is Rs 3,200,000.

Conclusion
KIA has applied the new prices from 19th July 2022. The new rates of KIA cars are very high. But from this, we can imagine that the prices of Toyota and Honda will sky rocking. However, car prices are already not under the affordable budget but now it seems like car purchases will be completely out of our hands.
